Board of Directors

CBo Territoria's Board of Directors is chaired by Eric Wuillai.

 

The Board is supported in its tasks by two committees:
- Audit Committee, chaired by Guy Dupont
- Appointment, Remuneration and Governance Committee, chaired by Joséphine Lelong-Chaussier

The Board of Directors encompasses a diversity of skills. The Board is made up of 9 members, 44% of whom are women and 44% are non-executive directors (NED).
CBo Territoria's statutory auditors are Deloitte (Paris) and Exa (La Réunion).

Wuillai

Chairman

Eric WUILLAI (born on 31 March 1955) was Director of Development and Investment at SEMADER and then General Manager of SODIAC (Société d'Aménagement et de Construction) prior to taking over the General Management of CBo Territoria in 2004. He was appointed CEO of the company in 2009. In 18 years, he has developed the company to become the leading real estate company in the Reunion Island.

Géraldine
Neyret Gleizes

Board member

Géraldine NEYRET GLEIZES (born on 19 February 1983), a graduate of ESSEC Business School, has occupied positions within the Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield Group for almost 14 years. She began her career in property investment in the Office division France, before leading the development of the So Ouest shopping center in Levallois-Perret, which was delivered in 2012. In 2013, she was appointed Head of Office Investments France, in charge of asset management for the Group’s office portfolio and disposal policy. In 2017, she was appointed Head of Operations France where she implemented the value creation strategy for the property investment company’s 20 or so major shopping centers. In August 2020, she was appointed Deputy Managing Director at CBo Territoria, then Managing Director on June 8, 2023.

Jocelyne ATIVE (born on 22 August 1965) is a chartered accountant and auditor. She began her career in a number of Paris-based audit firms and has been practising in La Réunion since 2002.

Mathieur DESCOUT(born on 16 April 1981), representing HENDIGO, est diplômé de l’ESPI. Il commence sa carrière chez Les Nouveaux Constructeurs avant de rejoindre Nexity puis Bécarré à des postes de développement de projets principalement résidentiels. En 2014, il rejoint le groupe Novaxia en qualité de Directeur du pôle développement et devient rapidement Directeur Général, remportant des appels à projets emblématiques tels que l’Hôtel-Dieu à Paris.

Guy DUPONT (born on 25/08/1944) has run several companies, as CEO or Director, including two publicly traded companies as well as a company operating in real estate and development. His last appointment was as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of an agri-food group.

Jérôme GOBLET (born on 15 April 1988) is a graduate from Cambridge University and the Ecole des Ponts et Chaussées. He ran a property development company for 12 years before taking up the position of Managing Director of the Belgian group TOLEFI. He has been a director of CBo since June 2013, and is a non-independent member of the Appointment, Remuneration and Governance Committee.

Guillemette GUILBAUD (born on 18 May 1964), representing TOLEFI, has always been active in the banking world, and within project finance and real estate finance sectors. Since 2009, she has been a Managing Partner in a consulting firm involved in financial engineering.
Member of the Audit Committee as well as the Appointment, Remuneration and Governance Committee, not independent.
She has been with CBo Territoria since 2010 (directorship in her own name from 2010 to 2022)

For the past 30 years, he has been managing a family group based on Reunion Island, operating in the beverage, agriculture and real estate sectors. Lelong-Chaussier

Board member

Joséphine LELONG-CHAUSSIER (born on 7 January 1983) worked for nearly 10 years as a lawyer in Mergers & Acquisitions before taking up the position of Legal Director of Covivio, a European listed real estate investment company. In this capacity, she is in charge of governance issues, and M&A and Capital Markets transactions. Joséphine Lelong-Chaussier is also a member of the supervisory board of Covivio Hotels and of the grant allocation committee of the Palladio Foundation.

Cazal

Harold CAZAL (born on 7 September 1957) previously headed the SFLP group, operating in the development and real estate promotion businesses. For several years he chaired the SIDR Société Immobilière du Département de La Réunion, a major social landlord on the island. He currently chairs the Optic Développement group (optical and eyewear retailing). He is also the Managing Director of Run Air SAS, the majority shareholder of the regional airline Air Austral.

Managing Director

Géraldine Neyret Gleizes joined CBo Territoria in August 2020 as Director of Operations prior to being appointed Deputy Managing Director in August 2021, then Managing Director on June 8, 2023.

Géraldine Neyret Gleizes is a graduate from the ESSEC real estate school. She has worked at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield for over 13 years. She began her career in the investment division of the office hub, and then programme director of the So Ouest shopping centre in Levallois, which was delivered in 2012. In 2013 she was appointed Investment Director of the office division, in charge of asset management and investment in the office and hotel assets of the Unibail-Rodamco group. She was then appointed Director of Retail Operations France, in charge of Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield's French shopping centre portfolio.

Teyssèdre

Corporate Secretary

Ileana Teyssèdre Randazzo joined CBo Territoria Group in April 2017 as Director of Audit and Internal Control, and Head of Financial Strategy. Since 2019, she has held the position of Corporate Secretary.

A graduate of ESSEC with a major in Corporate Finance, she worked in the audit and real estate financial consulting professions before joining the Group. She worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers Paris, where she gained experience in audit and control, and at Eight Advisory (a spin-off of Ernst & Young), a firm specialising in Transaction Services and Restructuring. Before joining CBo Territoria, she spent time at Jones Lang LaSalle in Paris, within the real estate strategy consulting team for companies.

 

Caroline
Clapier

Administrative and Financial Director

Caroline Clapier joined CBo Territoria in 2009 as a Management Controller. She then took up the positions of Head and of Director of Management Control starting 2015. She became Administrative and Financial Manager in January 2017.

Caroline Clapier is a graduate of the Grenoble EM School of Management, specialising in financial and accounting management. She held the position of Management Controller at Orange Reunion from 2005 to 2009.

 

Olivier
Payet

Investment Director

Olivier Payet joined CBo Territoria in 2005 as Operations Manager. He became Corporate Real Estate Project Director in 2012, then Investment Director in 2015.

A Civil Service Engineering graduate, he previously held the position of Operations Manager for Major Projects, then Head of Research and Engineering Services for the Port and Airport concessions as part of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Reunion Island from 1997 to 2005.

 

Catherine
Galatoire

Sales and Marketing Director

Catherine Galatoire joined CBo Territoria in February 2015, as Sales and Marketing Director.

After graduating from ESC Bordeaux with a major in Marketing in 1995, she joined the head office of the CANAL+ Group in Paris. In 2000, she became Sales and Marketing Director of CANAL+ Reunion in the Indian Ocean region. In 2011, she joined La Mutualité Française de La Réunion as Development Director.

Giraud

Corporate Real Estate Development Director

Cédric Giraud joined CBo Territoria as Corporate Real Estate Development Director in February 2019.

Graduate of the Law University of Aix-en-Provence where he specialised in civil law and town planning. Formerly Real Estate Programs Director of ATEMI Méditerranée since 2011. Cédric Giraud started his career in Corporate Real Estate as a property administrator at COGETOM in 2001, then moved to Corporate Real Estate Development at SOGEPROM as Program Manager from 2004.

 

Jean-Luc
Encinas

Head of Property Management

As of September 2023, Jean-Luc ENCINAS will assume the position of Head of Property Management at CBo Territoria.

Following his graduation and one year of military service, Jean-Luc ENCINAS was hired by a court-appointed expert at the Court of Appeal in the 16th arrondissement of Paris in 1995. During his five-year tenure at the court, ENCINAS provided real estate expertise, including evaluations of rental value, market value, eviction compensation, and the market value of business assets. Subsequently, he had the opportunity to establish the Toulouse branch office of BNP Paribas Real Estate Valuation, formerly Auguste Thouard Experts, where he oversaw the execution of appraisals and studies for a period of twelve years. Consequently, from 2007 to 2010, Jean-Luc supervised the regional branch of Groupe Lazard, an office and commercial property developer, due to his interest in real estate development. He subsequently joined Groupe 3R, a Toulouse-based commercial real estate firm, where he served as the head of development and property administration for thirteen years.
